By Andrew Batt:
Listed developer LPN has announced plans for its first “high-end” condominium development.
Located on Sukhumvit Soi 24 in Bangkok, the 44-storey development will feature 1,000 units. Prices for a 28 sqm condo will start from THB3 million, according to media reports.
The developer’s focus has previously been at the low-end of the market. It plans to outsource project design for the first time, using designs by renowned architecture firm A49 as a selling point.
The company also plans to use traditional construction methods as opposed to prefabrication which has been part of its previous projects.
LPN has seen record-breaking success for its mass market condo projects priced below THB1 million, selling more than 1,000 units in the space of less than 24-hours on several occasions.
