SC Asset will target overseas property buyers in Russia, China and Singapore for two of its new condominium projects this year.
Chief Operating Officer Kree Dejchai said the Centric Ratchadapisek-Huay Kwang project in Bangkok will target Chinese buyers as the Ratchadaphisek Road location is familiar to them. The 600-unit project will boast units from 28 sqm in size.
The listed developer then plans to launch its Centric Pattaya project to Russian and Singaporean property buyers and investors. Singapore real estate agency SQFT Global Properties will take charge of the Singapore road shows.
Last year DDproperty.com exclusively revealed that Singaporean property buyers had snapped up more than 50 units in the developer’s The Crest Sukhumvit 34 project – SC’s first property exhibition overseas.
