Pattaya city chiefs have confirmed news about the soon-to-be-opened Pattaya Marina.
The new marina in the south of the city has been under construction since last year. It will have 350 berths and is due to be completed within the next six months.
The news is especially good for Tulip Group, for whom their latest development – the Waterfront Suites and Residences, a 50-storey luxury condo and 120-room 5-star hotel development – will overlook the new marina.
Jason Payne, Vice President for Tulip Group, said: “I am extremely happy that the city has now officially confirmed the news of the marina. We have known about it since we purchased the site, but to have it officially confirmed is great news.”
He added: “As with any marina in the world, only the very best properties are normally in these locations, and we truly believe that Waterfront is in the world-class category. This is excellent for Pattaya, and fantastic news for our project and our buyers who have purchased in the project.”
