Listed property developer Sansiri is aiming for THB8 billion worth of sales during a three-day exhibition which starts today at Siam Paragon in Bangkok.
The ‘Life Comes Home’ event takes place across 4,700 sqm of space at Royal Paragon Hall in the central Bangkok shopping centre. It will be the largest sales event in the history of the company and its first major event of the year.
Divided into zones based on customers’ and investors’ interests, the sales floor will feature corporate, high-rise living, townhouse and partners’ zones. It will also feature an exclusive exhibition by world-renowned artist and illustrator Jean Philippe Delhomme who inspired the artwork behind the campaign at the Sansiri Lounge at Siam Paragon.
More than 15,000 visitors are expected to attend the exhibition which will feature condominium and townhouse projects from throughout Thailand.
The show unit of Edge Sukhumvit 23, the hottest property in prime Sukhumvit 23 area which recently sold out, will also be exhibited in the event.
Sansiri will be launching the Narasiri high-end single house project on Phuttamonthon Sai 1 Road, and the ultra-modern Setthasiri Chaengwattana – Prachachuen single house project inspired by the concept of ‘modernised Bangkok. It will alos debut the ready-furnished dcondo Rattanathibet development where prices start at THB999,999, as well as the Garden Square Sukhumvit 77 townhouse development.
