Hyde Sukhumvit celebrated its latest milestone when it held a topping-off ceremony 155 metres above the Bangkok skyline recently.
Pheeraphon Nonthasoot, Executive Vice President Sales, Marketing and Business Development for the developer Grande Asset Hotels and Property, said: “When completed in end of 2013, Hyde Sukhumvit will prove to be a great addition to the Bangkok skyline and provide a new landmark for Sukhumvit. The combination of the project’s location, quality materials and design deliver excellent value for money. As of now, the construction is about 65 percent complete.”
Somchai Kosolthanuravate, Vice President, Siphya Construction, added: “We are delighted to be partner of this exceptional project. This celebration which marks the completion of the building’s final floor shows that we are making a very big progress in construction. Electrical and plumbing installations are in place. We are very pleased with the progress, and we remain confident about completing the project on schedule. Our next step is to focus on developing top grade interiors that will be suitable for Thai majestic landmark.”
The condominium, in the heart of Sukhumvit, has 454 units with a variety of one-, two- and three- bedrooms, duplex and penthouse layouts ranging from 31 sqm to more than 183 sqm. The prject is expected to be completed by the end of this year.
