Sales of more than THB13 billion were recorded at Sansiri’s three-day sales event which took place at Siam Paragon in Bangkok last weekend – smashing pre-event predictions of THB8 billion worth of sales.
Hundreds of people queued before doors opened last Friday, and by the close more than 15,000 people had attended the event.
A number of new projects were launched at the event, and several developments including Nye by Sansiri, D Condo Campus Resort Ratchapruk – Charan 13 and D Condo Campus Resort Rangsit recorded sales of more than 90 percent during the event.
The listed developer has established a strong brand image and has successfully expanded its base beyond Bangkok in recent years.
