Luxury condo launch for Asian Property

21 Feb 2013

By Andrew Batt:

Asian Property Development has released details of what will be its first super-luxury condominium development, and also one of the most expensive in Bangkok.

The Galerie Rue De 39 freehold project will be a 28-storey condominium on a 600 sqm plot just 100 metres from the Phrom Phong BTS station in Sukhumvit Soi 39 in the Thai capital.

The development will feature 88 units – the smallest being two-bedroom offerings which start from 100 sqm. Three-bedroom penthouses will range in size from 260 sqm to 300 sqm and will include a private swimming pool.

Each floor will feature just four units and will come with a private lift. The developer also plans to spend THB20 million to acquire object d’art and paintings produced by famous Thai artists to decorate the project.

Average selling prices will be in the region of THB280,000 per sqm, with individual units priced from THB26 million to THB100 million. This makes this development the most expensive in the Sukhumvit area of Bangkok, and one of the most expensive anywhere in the capital.

The company said it sees demand in the super luxury sector, especially in the Sukhumvit area, and is developing this project to meet that demand.

An exclusive launch takes place today for VIP customers of Kasikornbank, with the public launch immediately thereafter. Showroom visits are by appointment.

Galerie Rue De 39 is one of six new projects being launch in the first quarter by the company. It plans to launch a total of 23 projects throughout the year.
