Property investment opportunities in Thailand will be in the spotlight again this weekend at PropertyGuru’s Thailand Property Show in Singapore.
Three projects from Bangkok and Hua Hin will be showcased at the event, which will take place at Orchard Hotel on Saturday, March 2 and Sunday, March 3 from 11am until 7pm.
The Thai capital will be represented by two developments. Haus 23 in the Ratchada Ladprao area of the city will be offering fully-furnished one-bedroom condominiums from S$132,181, while Nara 9 in the Sathorn-Naratiwas area will feature one-bedroom fully furnished condominiums priced from S$195,880.
The Gulf of Thailand town of Hua Hin will be represented by Boathouse Hua Hin, where one-bedroom fully-furnished units start from S$160,800.
The Thailand Property Show, which is presented by DDproperty.com – PropertyGuru’s market leading website in Thailand – in association with Knight Frank will also include a range of informative seminars covering all aspects of buying, financing and investing in Thailand.
Singaporean property investments in Thailand have been increasing in popularity, not least because of the good value, stable market conditions and attractive investment returns which can be had.
