A Home and Condo Show set to kick off this Thursday at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Centre. The show will offer home buyers a wide choice of homes that come with special promo offers, reported The Nation.
The event which will run from Thursday to Sunday is jointly organised by the Housing Business Association (HBA), Thai Real Estate Association and Thai Condominium Association
According to Issara Boonyoung, President of the HBA, the show targets up to THB2 billion to THB3 billion in sales, from over 100 residential projects worth THB100 billion.
For instance, Pruksa Real Estate will feature its 392-unit The Tree Privata condominium with unit prices from THB1.69 million. But for the Home & Condo Show, a special price of THB1.39 million per unit will be on offer.
Meanwhile, Asian Property Development will launch three residential projects namely Pleno Ring Road-Ramindra, Pleno Rattanathibet and Aspire Rattanathibet 2. Additionally, 26 current residential projects from the developer will also be showcased. Buyers can avail a zero interest rate for the first six monthly instalments if they make a purchase during the event.
On the other hand, the Real Estate Development Co will conduct a lucky draw for a Honda Civic to promote its Plex Bangna project, which features a modern townhouse design.
Banks will also provide special financial packages as well as special mortgages for buyers at this event. Kasikorn Bank will offer a special incentive while the Government Housing Bank will provide zero interest for the first six months.
