Bangkok luxury property development Magnolias Ratchadamri Boulevard enjoyed enormous success during its official Hong Kong launch last weekend, becoming what the developer claims to be the best-selling Thai property in Hong Kong this year in terms of number of units sold during a weekend exhibition.

During the three-day launch, 19 two-bedroom units at at the development sold for a total of THB335 million breaking the record for number of units sold during a showcase in Hong Kong this year as other Thai properties managed to sell an average of only eight to ten units.

Thanawan Chaiwatana, Managing Director of Magnolia Finest Corporation Limited, said: “We are so pleased by the reaction of Hong Kong investors to our beautiful property in the middle of Bangkok. With a raft of cooling measures coming into effect in the Hong Kong market, it’s with no surprise that Hong Kong investors are looking overseas for higher yielding opportunities, and we are sure demand will continue to grow, and that Bangkok will remain a popular destination for investors.”

She added: “Magnolias Ratchadamri Boulevard, with its top tier location and its beautiful design concept, is quickly becoming a landmark in the capital and we look forward to continued success in our next showcase in Singapore”.

Developed by Magnolia Finest Corporation Limited, a real estate developer under the DT Group of Companies led by CEO Ms. Tipaporn Chearavanont, Magnolias Ratchadamri Boulevard is located between the Grand Hyatt Erawan Hotel and Peninsula Plaza in the centre of the Thai capital.
