A London property exhibition which took place in Bangkok last weekend attracted strong interest and sales.
Colliers International Thailand was exhibiting Southside London Bridge SE1, a new one- and two-apartment project close to London Bridge in the UK capital.
Christian Robb, Manager of International Project Sales and Marketing, told DDproperty.com: “I am pleased to say that the event it was a success. We had a healthy turn out of invited guests and walk-in customers from our comprehensive marketing campaign which resulted in sales over the weekend and post-exhibition."
He added that Colliers International Thailand will maintain a close working relationship with Colliers Singapore and Hong Kong and their International Properties brand to secure further London developer interest in Thailand/Bangkok – and more exhibitions.
Prices for the 250-year leasehold units at Southside which are located minutes from The Strand and the City of London, start at £499,000.
