Happyland eyes more projects in Bangkok

Local property developer Happyland Group eyes to launch two new residential projects this year under its brand, H-Cape, reported The Bangkok Post.
The first project, H-Cape Residence @ Siam Park, will hold a presales event on 18 to 19 May. This development will have 24 single houses featuring three or four floors and an area of 320 to 475 sq m. Catering mainly to high-income buyers, the homes will be priced from THB17 million to THB28 million.
Meanwhile, houses at H-Cape Biz Sector On-nut offers an area of 260 sq m to 325 sq m, at a price of THB9.7 million to THB20 million. Units will be showcased in a presales event from 22 to 23 June.
According to Chief Executive Chayavee Keetaworanart, the company expects to sell the 24 units at Siam Park by year-end, and those at the On Nut project by Q1 2014.
Moving forward, Happyland plans to launch two more projects in Bangkok and surrounding areas by 2014.
“The projects will focus on middle-income customers with a price range of Bt4 million to THB6 million per unit.”
The 40-year old company is also the developer of 180 Bangpu Beach House, which has already sold 70 to 80 units from its single and twin houses at THB3.5 to THB10 million.
