Some of Thailand leading property developers will be showcasing more than 20 projects from Bangkok and Pattaya at the 4th DDproperty Show which starts today in the capital.
The event – hosted by DDproperty.com, Thailand’s number one property website – will take place until May 28 at Central Plaza Grand Rama 9. It will be open from 10am until 10pm daily.
Attendees will benefit from jaw-dropping promotions and exclusive discounts of up to THB200,000 per unit. Pre-registration for the event will also provide the chance to win a round-trip air ticket to the northern Thai city of Chiang Mai.
Napong Pangthong, Head of Marketing for DDproperty.com, said: “This fourth DDproperty show follows on from the great response we saw for our third event which took place in February.
“This event will showcase more than 20 selected property projects from Bangkok and the country’s popular holiday destination – Pattaya. Some exclusive discounts will also be on offer to buyers at the event.”
Participating projects include the Chateau InTown Rachada 10, TC Green Rama 9, Flora Ville Condo, Flora Ville Srinakarin-Theparak, HAUS 23 Rachada-Lardprao, The Wiz Rachada, Space Townhome, Than Living Condominium, Swift Condo and Grande Caribbean Condo Resort Pattaya.
Visitors who pre-register at www.ddproperty.com/events-dps4, as well as those who book or purchase a unit during the event, will stand a chance to win return flights from Bangkok to Chiang Mai from Nok Air for two people.
Free movie tickets will be also up for grabs daily, while premium gifts can be collected at DDproperty.com booth.
