Collins swaps Savills for Minor

Well-known and respected Thailand property industry veteran Robert Collins has revealed he will be stepping down as Chief Executive Officer of Savills (Thailand) Limited with effect from June 30.

In an email statement he said: "I have thoroughly enjoyed the past eight years establishing the Savills brand as a local industry leader, and I am very proud of what we have been able to accomplish at Savills in such a competitive market environment.

"The highlights for me over this time include our selection as "Best Overseas Property Agent" at the 2011 and 2012 Thailand Property Awards and my award for Real Estate Personality of the Year in 2007," he added.

Collins will take up a senior position with Minor International based in Bangkok, leading the group’s luxury residential sales and commercial asset management businesses with effect from 1st July.
