Winning just one Thailand Property Award is certainly no mean feat, so winning the same award three times in three different years is something to shout about indeed.
Mark Bowling (pictured) and his team at the Pattaya office of Colliers have achieved that accolade, picking up the Best Agent (Eastern Seaboard) in 2010, 2012 and again at last week’s awards which took place in Bangkok.
Bowling, Associate Director for Sales and Leasing at the Pattaya office of Colliers International Thailand, told DDproperty.com: “Obviously I’m delighted our office once again won the Best Agent (Eastern Seaboard) this year, having also won the accolade in 2010 and 2012, making it a hat trick for us. In 2011 the category wasn’t included, but we were Highly Commended in the Best Agent (Resort) category.
“Without question this award would not be possible without the hard work, dedication and professionalism displayed by our entire team over the years, and I’d personally like to congratulate and thank them all for ensuring that Colliers International remains at the forefront of the Pattaya real estate market.
“The recognition that this award gives us is immense and to have won three times gives us a distinct edge over our piers without a shadow of doubt.
“I would also like to congratulate my friends and colleagues at Town & Country, Premier Homes and Savills for securing the Highly Commended accolades, which is also a huge tribute to their professionalism over the years.”
Bowling remains very bullish about property industry prospects in the Gulf of Thailand City. He said: “I see big things happening in Pattaya in the future, and we’re delighted to be playing a major role in the changing face of the city.
And as for future trophies, Bowling asked: “Can we make it a fourth year?
“I didn’t think we’d win it this year, so who knows anything is possible,” he joked.
