Multi award-winning mixed-use resort developer Absolute World Group picked up two more accolades at the prestigious 2013 Thailand Property Awards.
The independent judging process, overseen by BDO Advisory, saw Absolute World Group being Highly Commended in two categories; Best Boutique Developer Thailand and Best Shared Ownership Development for their latest resort – Absolute Twin Sands Resort & Spa on Phuket west coast.
A pioneer in alternative ownership with their innovative fractional and vacation ownership offerings, Absolute World Group’s award-winning mixed-used boutique resort Absolute Twin Sands Resort & Spa, is located close to Phuket’s prime west coast tourist destination Patong. Developed in three phases, the sell-out Phase I opened in January this year. A further sell-out Phase II, opening mid-2015 and a final Phase III set for release soon.
The latest edition to the Group’s portfolio of award-winning, eclectic, boutique resorts is The Beach Samui. Set to redefine conscious luxury on the Island, this Private Residence Club of stunning beachfront suites designed by yoo – the first of its kind on Samui – is a member of Design Hotels and is located in the eco-community of Thong Krut, a fishing village on Samui Island’s southwest coast. The Beach Samui is scheduled to open Q1 2014.

Nominations and entries to the Thailand Property Awards are subject to a thorough and rigorous judging process and series of site visits by an independent panel of judges, with oversight by BDO Advisory, to ensure the judging process is undertaken fairly and without bias or favour.
Celebrating their 15th Anniversary this year, these two most recent accolades add to the string of awards Absolute World Group have received in recent years, from the Bloomberg International Property Awards to Euromoney, to awards from the American Resort Development Association (ARDA), the Overseas Property Professional awards, Fractional Life awards, Perspective Magazine Awards and the South East Asia Property Awards.
