JWS Construction has been awarded the contract for building works on Bright Wongwian Yai (pictured), a luxury condominium by Albright Holdings.

The contract signing ceremony took place at the project’s sales office and was witnessed by the management of both companies.

The 46-storey tower is valued at 3,000 million baht and comprises 472 units of one- to two-bedrooms as well as penthouses. Prices start from 4.3 million baht for a fully-furnished apartment.

Feng Shui elements will also be incorporated to improve the good fortune of residents.

Located at Somdet Phrachao Taksin Rd in the Thon Buri district of Bangkok, the project is just next to a BTS station.

Construction work is now underway with the laying of foundation piles completed. Bright Wongwian Yai is expected to be ready by end-2017.
