New office tower for Sukhumvit

A new landmark office building in Bangkok’s prime Sukhumvit area will be launched later this year.

Bhiraj Buri Group is set to debut its Bhiraj Tower at EmiQuartier, a 45-floor development located next to Sukhumvit Soi 35. It will feature 47,500 sqm of office space, with a direct link to BTS Phrom Phong station. The building will also feature 450 sqm of meeting facilities, spectacular views of Benjasiri Park and a rooftop helipad with private lounge.

“The tower has been designed to ensure that the future needs of the tenants are met. Constructed to the highest possible standards, the tower will focus on innovative, practical engineering and design that aims to provide strong business sustainability in the heart of Bangkok’s commercial district,” said Pitiphatr Buri, Executive Director of Bhiraj Buri Group.

“The Bhiraj Tower at EmQuartier is an exciting project that will attract international and local businesses alike and will provide a flexible environment that caters to tenants’ professional lives and their everyday living demands.”

The project is already 70 per cent complete, and the company revealed that tenants have already secured 15 percent of the available space, and will be moving in before the end of the year.

Buri added: “We have created a project that offers a unique Grade ‘A’ office facilities in a prime area of Sukhumvit. The building will be a new landmark in this area and we are already delighted by the number of enquiries we have had from both foreign and local companies.”
