More than 850 properties valued in excess of THB1.2 billion will come under the hammer at a property auction in Bangkok this weekend.
Sukhumvit Asset Management (SAM) is holding the auction under its campaign ‘Go AEC with SAM’ on Saturday, March 28, at its headquarters on 29th floor of Sun Tower A Building, Vibhavadi Road, Bangkok.
Highlighted lots that are expected to come under the hammer include land plots at The Emerald Garden, close to the MRT Purple Line on Ratchapruek Road, priced from THB30,000 per square wah, and condo units in Muang Pracha with prices from THB179,000 per unit.
Pre-registration is required to attend the event. This can take place until tomorrow (March 27) at SAM’s Bangkok headquarters or at any of its four regional branches in Chiang Mai, Khon Kaen, Pitsanulok, and Surat Thani
