Student property investments in the United Kingdom will once again be in the spotlight at a two-day property exhibition in Bangkok this weekend (April 5-6).
British property developer Pinnacle MC Global Network together with local agency Sincere Real Estate will be holding the showcase at Sofitel Sukhumvit Hotel between 1pm and 4pm. Saturday’s event will focus on invitation-only private meetings while Sunday offers members of the general public the opportunity to learn more about the investments, which start from THB3 million.
Julie Harvey (pictured), Sales and Marketing Director of the developer, told DDproperty.com: “We will be promoting our latest student development, The Spectrum, in Sheffield. It’s an off-plan development within a five-minute walk of the city and just 10 minutes from both Sheffield University and Hallam University with a combined student population of around 60,000 students.”
Pinnacle’s previous U.K. Student Accommodation property exhibition in Bangkok earlier this year attracted strong interest and sales from Thai buyers.
According to research from Knight Frank, student accommodation investments will continue to outstrip traditional asset classes during 2014.
For more information and to reserve you place at this weekend’s event call Sincere Real Estate on 081 206 9993 or 02 260 6200.
