EXCLUSIVE: A U.K. student property exhibition in Bangkok last weekend was hailed a success after what the developer described as a “fantastic” turnout from Thai property investors.
British property developer Pinnacle MC Global Network partnered with local agency Sincere Real Estate for the third time to promote its student accommodation property investments to local property investors.
The two-day event at Bangkok’s Sofitel Sukhumvit Hotel saw Pinnacle’s Spectrum Apartments in Sheffield being offered from THB3 million and with yields of up to 9 percent per annum.
Julie Harvey, Sales and Marketing Director for the developer, told DDproperty.com: “The event included my hour long educational seminar looking into why invest in the U.K. and in Student accommodation. I also gave a detailed analysis of our project and all the investment facts and figures including our background and excellent track record.
“Investors complimented me on the detail, accuracy and clear explanation of the investment – allowing them to make an informed decision.”
Harvey added that a good number of sales were secured during the event, with expected this week.
Pinnacle’s previous U.K. Student Accommodation property exhibition in Bangkok earlier this year attracted strong interest and sales from Thai buyers. The company will again be partnering with Sincere Real Estate for a fourth time at an event in Bangkok on May 17th and 18th.
