Luxury Bangkok development Magnolias Ratchadamri Boulevard ha extended is partnership with SCB cardholders to offer special incentives alongside property purchases.
The exclusive offer for SCB cardholders sees nine two-bedroom units available for a THB500,000 discount on booking and contract fees, as well as 0 percent credit terms for four months. The offer is available until April 30.
With more than 70 percent of units sold and the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) approval in place, Magnolias Ratchadamri Boulevard has proceeded quickly to its construction phase.
Thanawan Chaiwatana, Managing Director of Magnolias Finest Corporation, said, “As we received strong positive feedback last year following a sequence of attractive promotions for credit card members, we have decided to continue to offer these excellent co-hosted promotions in 2014.
“As of this time, we are confident that completion date remains the same and we are receiving much interest from local and international customers via our website. Those customers have shown great interest in the project and plan to visit us depending on their availability.”
Magnolias Ratchadamri Boulevard also announced that it will conduct several international exhibitions in the coming months, further provoking buyer interest in overseas markets. The development will also soon be ready to receive the world class five-star hotel, Waldorf Astoria Bangkok, the first Waldorf Astoria in Southeast Asia.
The development is being built on more than six rai of land, and comprises 316 units which range in size from 48 sqm to penthouses and duplex penthouses of between 250 to 360 sqm.
