Prices and unit sizes for The Magnolias Waterfront Residences at IconSiam have been released.
The developers have confirmed there will be no studio units, with unit prices at the iconic waterfront project starting at THB12 million, rising to THB125 million. This equates to between THB230,000 per sqm and THB360,000 per sqm.
There will be a total of 203 one-bedroom units ranging in size from 60 to 79 sqm, 107 two-bedroom units varying from 95 to 126 sqm, 61 three-bedroom units ranging in size from 144 to 222 sqm and 8 duplex units measuring 346 sqm.
Developer Magnolia Quality Development Corporation gave a first look inside sample residences of its super-luxury condominiums at the new IconSiam mega-development on the Chao Phraya riverside early last week.
It was reported that more than 150 of the first phase units have been reserved.
