Developer Pacific Star Thailand has appointed CBRE Thailand and Century21 as its official joint sales agents for its latest project, The Posh Twelve, a premium high-rise condominium on Tiwanon Road.
The Posh Twelve will comprise of two buildings with 1,400 units. Located on 4 rai-land and as the first resort-concept condominium on Tiwanon road, The Posh Twelve will, according to a statement from the agents, offers a high quality of living with extensive resort facilities for residents.
Prices are advertised to start from THB1.99 million.
The project is within 120 metres’ walking distance to MRT Purple Line station, according to data from the Ministry of Public Health.
