The Posh Twelve Bangkok

Property developer and asset management company Pacific Star Thailand has launched its latest development, named The Posh Twelve (pictured) and dubbed Bangkok’s first vertical resort condominium.

The two-building development, one with 40-storeys and one with 45-storeys, will be located on Tiwanon Road within walking-distance of a MRT station along the new Purple mass-transit Line. Building A will contain 552 units while Building B boasts 842 units. Prices will start from THB1.99 million.

Jirawat Kateseang, Vice President and Head of Sales and Marketing, of the Singapore headquartered company said: “After Pacific Star analysed the on-going investment growth potential in Thailand, particularly in the real estate sector, and the fantastic location for this development, we were committed to the project.

“Our plan for 2015 is to continue to invest in the high potential locations around Bangkok’s central business district; locations that remain in high demand.”

Pacific Star has selected two established professional sales agencies, CBRE and Century 21 (Thailand), to manage sales strategies, including the public opening pre-sales event on Saturday, March 20th and Sunday, March 21.

Aliwassa Pathnadabutr, Managing Director of CBRE Thailand, said: “Regarding the local property industry at present, Thai consumers still have buying power and interest remains high from all range of consumers, particularly in condominium section in and around the central business district area. The distinctive consumers such as the entrepreneur families ranging from mid-size and large-size businesses have high demand in prime locations which answers their lifestyle.”

Chana Nuntachantoon, Managing Director of Century 21 (Thailand), added: “The potential of the Nontaburi-Tiwanon area is high. Over the past 3-5 years, property firms have been investing in land in the area, particularly for condominium development, for the high-demand of living close to the mass-transit network.

“Even though there are many condominium projects in this area, The Posh Twelve is the only high-rise condominium that is located on Tiwanon Road and within walking distance to the MRT,” he added.
