Century 21 (Thailand) has expanded its real estate footprint in Thailand with the signing of a new franchisee.
Thitiwat Teerakulthanyaroj (pictured right), Executive Vice President of Century 21 (Thailand), recently signed a new franchisee contract with Gun Bhankingtongkam (pictured middle).
Century 21’s new franchisee, called Century21 Metro, aims to service clients in the Ratchada – Ladprao areas of Bangkok, providing property service representative services and property investment consultations under Century21 (Thailand) management.
Century21 Metro will have its sales office located around MRT Phaholyothin station.
