Luxury Bangkok property development Hyde Sukhumvit has team up with the Central Group to offer promotions to Central credit card customers.
Since its re-launch in May 2012, Hyde Sukhumvit has attracted Thai and foreign buyers including, Asian, European and American. Local buyers account for more than 25 percent of sales to date while the foreign buyers made up 36 percent.
The development will host an open day on November 10 and 11 for Central credit cardholders – when special promotion on offer will include up to THB 400,000 discount on certain units, a free iPhone 5 and Central gift vouchers worth THB 50,000.
“These are excellent offers from our special partners and we believe that they will create considerable interest. The project has already sold more than 60 percent of total units and we plan to push further sales via special benefits with our partner,” said Pheeraphon Nonthasoot, Executive Vice President Sales, Marketing & Business Development, Grande Asset Hotel and Property Public Company Limited.
Hyde Sukhumvit is a 40-storey condominium on Sukhumvit in the centre of Bangkok, featuring 454 units with a variety of one-, two-, three-bedrooms, as well as duplex and penthouse layouts ranging from 31 sqm to more than 183 sqm.
