A leading Bangkok real estate agency is ramping up it marketing efforts with a range of overseas and local projects being showcased during the coming weeks.
This weekend (Saturday, October 27), Century 21 (Thailand) will be hosting a U.K. Property Seminar at the Intercontinental Hotel in Bangkok between 1pm and 5pm, Developers will be sharing their experiences at the free-to-attend event, and Andrew Batt (pictured), International Group Editor of PropertyGuru, will also be sharing his sources and updates on the market situation throughout the United Kingdom,
On October 30, Century 21 will be providing a sneak preview of The Volume condominium, which will happen at PullMan King Power hotel between 1pm and 9pm. The soft-opening of Bluroc is also set to take place at The Mall Bangkae between November 1 and 7.
An innovative auction event is also set to take place on November 17 at the company’s sales offices in Lad Prao 27 where a range of previous unsold until will go under the hammer at discounted process.
