Luxury property buyers and investors have a new choice in Bangkok with the launch of Magnolias Ratchadamri Boulevard – a mixed-use development which will also boast the 5-star Waldorf Astoria Bangkok hotel.
Developer Magnolia Finest Corporation, part of the DT Group, will develop the 9,600 sqm site to provide 316 units which will range in size from 48 sqm for a one-bedroom unit to 360 sqm for a duplex penthouse property. Prices will range from THB 8 million to THB 80 million.
The Ratchadamri area of Bangkok has become home to some of the capital’s most prestigious prime properties. Raimon Land’s 185 Rajadamri and Minor Group’s St Regis Residences are all located close to this latest addition to Bangkok’s luxury sector.
