Presales at The Base Downtown, Sansiri’s latest condominium development on the island of Phuket, begin today. Prices for one- and two-bedroom units at the project which is located opposite the Central Festival shopping centre, start at THB 1.9 million.
The listed developer is no stranger to Phuket, having enjoyed successful sales at two d’Condo developments on the island. Earlier this year the company sold all 653 units on the first day of sales at its d’Condo Kathu-Patong project. It has seven developments on the island.
Recent research from Knight Frank Thailand noted that foreign buyers, especially those from Singapore and Eastern Europe, had returned to the Phuket property market during the first quarter of 2012.
