The Estates @ Thaphra, a low-rise condominium project on Charansanitwong Road in Bangkok, recorded 60 percent sales during its recent pre-launch event.
Managing Director Samrit Thanakanjanasud revealed the news at the sales office for the 1.1 rai project which will house 185 units priced from THB 1.29 million.
The project’s location is close to planned MRT and BTS stations.
