The Base Downtown Phuket, Sansiri’s new 800-million-baht condominium project which was launched for presales last weekend, has sold more than 60 percent of its 311 units during the first three days.
Buyers have mostly come from Thais working in the tourism industry on the resort island, said Uthai Uthaisangsuk, Sansiri’s senior vice-president for business and condominium development. Previously there were renting but that are now looking to make their first purchase.
Units as The Base Downtown are priced from THB 1 .9 million to THB 4 million.
