CBRE Thailand has launched two new micro-websites in Russian and Japanese to cater to the growing number of non-English property buyers and investors who are searching for property in Thailand.
The www.thailandhouse.com.ru website features residential properties for sale in Pattaya, Bangkok, Phuket and Hua Hin, while Japanese visitors can also research rental properties in Bangkok via a new language option on the main www.cbre.co.th portal.
Data published last week revealed that Japanese nationals account for 25 percent of all work permit holders in Bangkok.
