Foundation work for Ideo Mobi Sathorn, the Westcon-designed development with a “Living out of the box” concept have started, with Chanond Ruangkritya, President and CEO of developer Ananda Development, laying the first stone (pictured).
The project is located on a two-rai plot of land on Krungthonburi Road and is located just 80 meters from the BTS Krungthonburi station and just a short distance to Bangkok’s central business district.
It will boast 530 units in one 31-storey buidling, and will aso include a Max Valu supermarket outlet to serve its residents around the clock.
The development aims to atttact Gen-C buyers who are “smart” and “prefer the best”, according to a press statement from the developer.
