Construction work recently began at Bangkok’s latest project, Ideo Mobi Sukhumvit, with Chanond Ruangkritya, President and Chief Executive Officer of Ananda Development, joining some of his colleagues to lay the first foundation stone.
The 935-unit development is located at Sukhumvit 81 and is adjacent to the BTS skytrain station at On Nut. It will feature two towers – one measuring 23-storeys with 449 units and the other standing at 25-storeys with 491 units.
The Westcon-designed development is being marketed as providing buyers with a perfect urban connection, thanks to its close proximity to transportation links.
Sales started earlier this year and the project is expected to be completed in 2014.
