Four leading property developers have partnered with Kasikornbank to introduce a new application that can help property buyers save money on their purchases.
The iButterfly app enables users to catch butterflies carrying the logos of the developers. Catchers can win a new iPad or earn up to THB 20,000 worth of discount from their purchase.
Chatchai Payuhanaveechai, Executive Vice President of KBank, said his organisation always offers innovative services and marketing activities to satisfy K-Home Loan customers’ lifestyle, particularly the trendy young people who are among the first to adopt new technologies.
Placing emphasis on its leadership in innovation, KBank has partenered with Pruksa, Asian Property Development, Land and Houses and Supalai to launch the special iButterfly promotion.
Customers who catch at least three butterflies of Pruksa Real Estate will be given a discount of up to THB 5,000 when they buy a townhouse, and a discount of up to THB 10,000 when they buy a single detached house or condominium unit from any of the company’s nine residential projects.
Asian Property Development’s customers who catch one butterfly of the company will earn a discount up to THB 5,000 when they buy houses from any of the company’s residential projects under ‘The Pleno’ brand.
Catching one butterfly carrying Land and Houses logo, customers can exchange for a 16-GB new iPad when they buy houses from any of the company’s 19 residential projects.
For Supalai, one butterfly caught can be exchanged for a discount of between THB 1,000 and THB 10,000 for customers buying house from any of the company’s residential projects, or a double bonus of THB 20,000 for some special projects.
Interested customers can check for more details and list of residential projects participating in the campaign at www.khomesmileclub.com. Catchers can show their butterflies to earn privileges at the participating residential projects until September 30.
