Bangkok Bank and Sittarom Residence have signed a THB 185 million loan agreement for the development of the Baan View Viman low-rise condominium project in Hua Hin.
Attending the recent signing of the loan agreement were Bangkok Bank Senior Executive Vice President Suvarn Thansathit (pictured third from right), Executive Vice President Than Siripokee (second from right) and Regional Manager 4, Metropolitan Business Banking Nopakraw Kijpanont (right), along with Sittarom Residence Managing Director Kasidit Manopinives (tirrd from left), Executive Director’s Apichapramote Laksanaprom (second from left) and Amnuay Kanjanopas (left).
With 106 units spread over seven floors, Baan View Viman Hua Hin is designed to suit modern lifestyles and will be rich with facilities.
The project is the only condominium located at Khao Takiab, and boasts sea and mountain views and golf courses.
The project has already gained interest from Thai and foreign customers looking for vacation homes.
