Media reports have suggested that listed property developer Sansiri could be about to launch a 1,000 unit property development in Phuket.
Managing Director Authai Authaisangsuk told the Thai news website prachachat.net that the company will soon be revealing details of what will be its sixth development on the island.
In recent weeks Sansiri has recorded more than 90 percent sales at its The Base project (pictured) near the Central Festival shopping mall, and this came after selling all 500 units at its dCondo development in less than 24 hours earlier this year.
A spokesperson for Sansiri confirmed it will be launching “Base Project 2” but was unable to confirm any further details when contacted by DDProperty.com.
