Multi award-winning Bangkok condominium The Met is launching a new show suite and offering a range of incentives to buyers of its remaining three- and four-bedroom suites.
Completed in 2009, the 66-storey development has collected in excess of 20 accolades – many relating to its architecture and green credentials. It is the second tallest residential building in the country.
A spokesperson for agent CBRE Thailand confirmed that more than 90 percent of units in the project have been sold, adding that the latest promotion is aimed at marketing the larger units which generally take a longer time to sell. Prices start from THB 25 million.
The show suite grand opening event, dubbed ‘Seven Special Wonders’ will take place on July 28th and July 29th. Buyers can benefit from promotions including free transfer fees, sinking funds and common fees, as well as cash discounts, low down payments and a THB 500,000 shopping voucher from Décor Mart.
