Amarin Tower 100% occupied

23 Jul 2012

Prime Bangkok office development Amarin Tower has achieved 100 percent occupancy.

The Gaysorn Group-owned 22-story tower has 24,000 sqm of rentable space and includes Kiatnakin Securities and OMD Asia as anchor tenants.

Nithipat Tongpun, Executive Director and Head of Office Services at CBRE Thailand, the sole leasing agent for the building, noted the key factors which led to Amarin Tower’s success are its location and strategic building renovation plan.

The property is situated in the heart of Bangkok’s central business district and is easily accessed from both Ploenchit and Rajdamri Road, a feature that is further enhanced by a direct skywalk to the Chidlom BTS station, Gaysorn Plaza, Centralworld, Central Chidlom and Siam Paragon. There are also many five-star hotels located nearby.

The landlord has undertaken a major renovation programme to improve the common areas, lift lobbies, corridors and the restrooms.

“Tenants can benefit not only from the upgraded look of the property, but are also offered a full range of facilities including dining outlets, a food court, a fitness centre and language institutes,“ added Nithipat.
