Blue Sky Group has signed a finance agreement with Krung Thai Bank to develop Grande Caribbean Condo Resort Pattaya, the group’s second condominium project in the city.
The development will occupy a 11.5 rai site between Pattaya and Jomtien and feature a themed water park environment. It will include four 8-storey buildings and one 28-storey tower. There will be a total of 1,112 one-bedroom units measuring 34.5 sqm in size which, the developer says, can be easily combined to provide a two-bedroom unit.
Prices will start from THB 1.59 million and rise to THB 6.4 million.
