ZCape records 70% sales in four days

ZCape Condominium, a 198-unit development in the Laguna area of Phuket, has achieved 70 percent sales since its launch on the island last weekend.

On this back of this success the developer, Tri Property, has announced details of new condominium developments in the southern Thailand provinces of Phuket, Had Yai and Surat Thani, as well as in Bangkok, with a combined value of more than THB 2 billion.The company was formerly among the top five companies in Thailand’s construction industry.

ZCAPE Condominium, launched last weekend, has sold 140 of the 198 units, priced from THB 1.19 million, in the opening four days.

Adisorn Vivakanond, Executive Chairman, Tri Property Co, said: “We are launching multiple condominium projects over the next one to two years to correspond with the living lifestyle of the new generation of people. These projects will be located in Bangkok and other provinces including Phuket, Hadyai District of Songkla, Suratthani, Khonkaen and Chiangmai.”

He continued: “We have been hugely successful with the development of lifestyle condominiums for the newer generation. Our surveys have found customers favour condominium living in good location with units that offer the right functions at the right price.”

Units at ZCAPE Condominium range from 20.47 sqm studios to one-bedroom units of 26.16 to 28.82 sqm, while facilities include a swimming pool with Jacuzzi, children’s swimming pool, and a gym with panoramic views of the communal park and playground.
