Pres-sales to start for LIV@49

2 Oct 2013

Lucky Living Properties has released details of its new development – LIV@49 – a low-rise boutique condominium located on Sukhumvit 49 in central Bangkok.

The THB1.5 billion project features 209 fully-furnished units priced at an average of THB150,000 per sqm. The highlight of this condominium, according to CBRE Thailand, is its location, being 180 metres from the entrance of Sukhumvit 49 and a 5-minute walk from Thonglor BTS station.

LIV@49’s architecture and interiors have been designed by the renowned Architects 49 (A49) and Interior Architects 49 (IA49).  The services at Liv@49 easily match those of 5-star hotels, under the concept “Your Home, Your Harmony”.

Sukhmeet Phichitsingh, Managing Director of Lucky Living Properties Company Limited and an expert in the development of luxury condominiums and hotels, said : “After the overwhelming success that far exceeded our expectations for LIV@5 on Sukhumvit 5, LIV@Nimman in Chiang Mai, and the Four Points by Sheraton on Sukhumvit 15, we have been driven to develop more urban real estate projects to serve city people.  This determination has led to our latest low-rise condominium under the brand LIV@.”

Aliwassa Pathnadabutr, Managing Director of CBRE Thailand said: “Sukhumvit is one of the three business districts in Bangkok.  This area has seen the biggest rise in residential properties, both in terms of land price and unit price.  Both the BTS and MRT are available in this area, with the interchange station at the Asoke intersection.

“An outstanding range of facilities is offered here, so it is one of the favourite areas for both homes and offices. LIV@49 is a superb project in this quality location, offering great value for money and meeting the demands of those looking for a home and for an investment opportunity on Sukhumvit Road within a reasonable price range.”

LIV@49’s two buildings are both eight-storeys high, have a total of 209 units, and are located on a plot of land measuring almost 2 rai. The room types include studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, three-bedroom, one-bedroom duplex, two-bedroom duplex, three-bedroom duplex and three-bedroom penthouses with their own swimming pool and private roof garden.  The units’ functional space ranges from 33 sqm up to 145 sqm.

LIV@49 is expected to attract high-end Thai property buyers and investors as well as expatriate consumers when pre-sales start later this month.
