EXCLUSIVE: Philippine property developer Ayala Land is set to hold a property showcase in Bangkok next weekend (October 13), the first such preview of properties from the Philippines in Thailand.
The developer, which is listed on the country’s stock exchange, is the real estate division of one of the country’s oldest and largest conglomerates.
The company recently topped the polls in the 9th annual global Real Estate Survey run by Euromoney magazine. Ayala Land ranked in first place as Best Overall Developer in the Philippines, and took the top spot in the sectors of Residential, Leisure and Hotel, Office and Business and Mixed Use.
It will be previewing some of its popular property developments at an exclusive event in the Thai capital on Sunday, October 13, at the Taipan Hotel, 25 Sukhumvit Soi 23, between 2pm and 5pm.
