Pattata property developer Kingdom Property has appointed its most successful referrer, Bishop Real Estate Company, as Lead Sales and Co-ordinating Agent on the company’s debut project Southpoint Pattaya.
The agreement will see Kingdom Property Chief Executive Officer and founder Nigel Cornick once again working alongside Bishop Real Estate Company founder Rajneeporn Bishop . She was Cornick’s chief salesperson when he was head of Raimon Land.
Cornick was delighted to be working with Ms Bishop again. Southpoint Pattaya is Kingdom Property’s debut project and is scheduled for completion in 2015. The entire second tower was sold earlier this year to a single buyer who will offer it as internationally-managed serviced residences and a recent sale of 87 units to Hong Kong-based Purple Link Investment Company in the main tower.
Led by Cornick, Kingdom Property has a potential project pipeline valued at more than THB20 billion.
