Just one project from Thailand has been named as a finalist in the prestigious MIPIM Asia 2013 property awards.
Ananda Development’s IDEO MORPH 38 from Bangkok has been shortlisted in the Best Residential Development category, which it will be up against Cube 8 from Singapore.
An international jury of 16 industry experts selected up to three finalists in 11 categories. The jury, led by Vincent H.S. LO, Chairman of Hong Kong-based property group Shui On Group, examined 98 projects from 13 countries, almost half of which came from China. Other countries represented were Singapore, South Korea, Hong Kong, the Philippines, Japan, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, India, Bahrain and Russia.
The winners will be revealed at a gala dinner on Tuesday, November 5, during the MIPIM Asia Awards gala dinner at Hong Kong’s Grand Hyatt Hotel. The winner of the Special Jury Award will also be announced.
