Interest in Singapore from Thailand’s property developers and agents appears to be stronger than ever following an event which took place in Bangkok earlier this week.
More than 40 representatives of Thailand property developers and agents attended the ‘Thailand Real Estate Exclusive’ event, organised by DDproperty.com – Thailand’s number one property website and part of the PropertyGuru Group – which took place at the Dusit Thani hotel in central Bangkok.
Frank Khan, Head of Residential for Knight Frank Thailand and Clayton Wade, Managing Director of Pattaya agency Premier Homes, shared their extensive knowledge, experience and insight with PropertyGuru Group’s International Group Editor Andrew Batt – who moderated what turned into an extremely informative and extensive question and answer session.
Batt said: “The huge number of great questions from the audience shows there is substantial and genuine interest from Thai developers and real estate agents who want to sell their projects in Singapore.”
DDproperty.com will be holding its latest Thailand Property Show in Singapore in early November. Bookings canstill be made by interest developers and agents until September 30.
