Prolific Thai property developer Pruksa is set to unveil its latest prime Bangkok condominium project – The Reserve Kasemsan 3 – in Bangkok next week.

The low-rise boutique residence, called The Reserve, is located in the heart of the city and close to the MBK Shopping Centre. It is also within walking distance of both BTS stations at National Stadium and Paragon, will open for reservations at an event at Siam Paragon on September 17.

The developer’s marketing describes the project as being: “ … the pinnacle of timeless elegance with state-of-the art facilities. As a marvel in design and an oasis of greenery, it is more than just another condo or just a cosy home; it’s a legacy for the next generation.”

Prices for one of the 273 units, which will target younger buyers, will start from THB4.5 million. Construction will start in November and is expected to be completed by mid-2015.
