Creative consumers have the chance to name a condominium in a competition being organised by a real estate developer in Thailand.
Kingdom Property has launched the competition, called "Name It! Tag It!", which offers entrants the chance to win a trip to the heart of Australia’s Gold Coast, Surfer’s Paradise.
Open for entries until October 18, the developer is offering return business-class tickets for two and a five-night stay at the newly refurbished five-star Sheraton Mirage Resort & Spa to the winner who comes up with a name and tagline befitting of its upcoming luxury condominium project on Wongamat Beach in Pattaya.
Kingdom’s Chief Executive Officer Nigel Cornick, who was behind prestigious projects such as The River and 185 Rajadamri in Bangkok, and Northpoint and Northshore in Pattaya, said that the condominium would redefine luxury beachfront living in Asia.
"We are planning to build the development on a generous 8,000 sqm absolute beachfront site at a height of about 50 storeys, and it will feature innovations which have never been seen before in Thailand," he said.
"I think there are comparisons between Pattaya and the Gold Coast too. The Gold Coast has developed into an iconic destination in Australia with luxury residential condominiums and a great outdoors lifestyle, and I believe Pattaya can achieve the same status.
