Listed Thailand property developer Sansiri has unveiled The Base Rama 9 – Ramkhamhaeng (pictured), a new ready-to-move-in condominium projects in one of Bangkok’s highly desirable business and residential areas.
The company also revealed that another 14 new condominium projects are scheduled for transfers in the second half of this year, and the company remains confident that it will be able to achieve its previously published revenue targets for condominiums.
A spokesperson for the company said: “Sansiri’s condominium business has achieved a very robust growth over the past three and four years, and during the second half of 2014 we will focus more on maintaining the momentum of success for our condominium projects in order to pave the way for sustainable business growth in the long term.
“New condominium developments in the latter half of this year will contribute to strengthening Sansiri’s commitment to creating condominium projects that truly respond to the needs of our valued customers.”
The company has already launched 15 developments under The Base brand condominium projects, with the new community of 923 ready-to-move-in condominium units being the latest addition.
More than 85 percent of the units have been sold, according to the company, which is also offering a ‘Move in now collection’ promotion campaign. Special offers under this campaign include high loan credits with low interest rates, the waiver of all transfer-day expenses and a complimentary furniture set. Unit prices start at THB1.59 million.
These offers are available during August at four The Base projects – ‘The Base Rama 9 – Ramkhamhaeng’, ‘The Base Chaengwattana’, ‘The Base Downtown Phuket’ and ‘The Base Uptown Phuket’.
